How To JoinThe Union have gone all technological on us this year, and have removed all this paper and money handling business from days gone by and everything is now done ONLINE. So, I thought I'd put together, particularly for those new to the club this year, a wee step by step guide about how to go about joining the club. A reminder that you MUST be a member in order to attend any club trips, polo sessions or weekends away with the club in order to be insured. You must also be a member in order to make use of any provision of storage facilities the club may have for your own personal kit (e.g. The Chapel). Please note that this provision is NOT guaranteed, and membership does NOT give the right to storage of kit, it merely entitles you to it should it be available. Membership for the year costs £30, which may sound like a lot; but this gives you comprehensive insurance whilst on any official outing with the club, use of any specialist equipment free of charge on official club trips (and ability to hire at cost for any personal trips), attendance at cost to any river trip or weekend away, ability to vote and attend committee meetings/AGMs, ability to run for committee and much much more. Step By Step Guide
YOU'RE DONE! Concessionary MembersAny members entitled to concessions due to constitutional rights should see me to fill out a paper form.
